Our aim at Threshold is to continue what we've been doing since we first fell in love with brewing: share our craft with others, brew the beers we love, push boundaries and connect with our town and neighborhood. Threshold is about a shared community, a place to bring your family, a place to try good things and meet good people.

On tap at Threshold, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice campfire smoke character, soft wheaty notes and hay. Flavour is gently smoky, with soft wheaty notes, hay, and campfire smoke. Smooth, smoky and wheaty. Really well-done.

On tap at Imperial Bottle Shop - SE Division, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of piney hops upfront, along with melon, and with a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is piney, with loads of piney hops, light melon, citrus tanginess, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, piney and melony. Excellent.

12oz clowler pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is floral citrus some melons and a cereal malt. Taste is more of the nice pine melons and sweet malt.

On tap at Threshold, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out gentle whiskey upfront, with medium roast. Flavour is bold and complex, with loads of the whiskey barrels upfront, with medium roast, and some earthiness. Really like the whiskey barrel job here. Excellent.

On tap at Threshold, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of cat piss, from the citra, with dank hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour follows accordingly, with dank hops, some cat piss, and biscuity malt. Dank and clean. This is pretty solid.

On tap at Threshold, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of cleaner notes; I hope this is just the glass. Flavour is sort of clean, with grassy notes and biscuity malt. A little soap in there. Flawed but not bad.

On tap at Threshold, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky but restrained brett upfront, with gentle rustic saison yeast. Flavour expresses the brett really nicely, with moderate funk, some stone fruits, and rustic farmhouse notes. Fruity and vibrant. Good stuff.

On tap at Threshold, pours a muddy dark brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy coffee beans and dark dried fruits. Flavour reveals a very fruity coffee, with lots of delicious dark dried fruits, earthy coffee, and gentle sweetness. Really enjoying this fruity coffee. Lovely.
