From City Brew Tours, canned May 31st 2023.
It pours a clear straw yellow with a finger of foam, lots of lacing.
The smell is lime, toasted malt, nondescript hoppy notes, overall on the hoppy side.
The taste is lime, light grain, toasted malt, maybe grassy hops or light pine. Taste is different, interesting, good.
Kind of a juicy mouthfeel, this is nice on a hot day.

On tap at Threshold, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh piney and resinous hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fresh and wonderfully hopped, with tropical fruity hops, pine, resins, and just sweet enough biscuity malt. Really well-brewed, assertively hopped, and juicy. Delicious.

On tap at Threshold, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with very sweet caramel, followed by loads of sugars and a hint of cocoa. Flavour is extremely sweet, with intense caramel, very sweet sugars and a little cocoa. Much too sweet but some nice caramel flavours. Lacking complexity, just very sweet and tiramisu-like. Not for me.

On tap at Threshold, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of mixed bugs, plenty of gin barrels, and light tartness. Flavour reveals a nice soft gin barrel character, mixed bugs, and lightly tart citrus. Nice use of the gin barrels and bugs. Good stuff.

On tap at Threshold, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out soft grainy notes and light rustic saison yeast. Flavour is dry and grainy, with dry grainy notes, straw, and some crunchy earthiness. Dry, grainy and gently rustic on the finish. Solid enough but nothing special.
