Trocken herber Beginn. 9/7/8/7/8/7

beautiful appearance of clear amber colour, one inch of creamy and long lasting yellowish ecru head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, mango, maybe pineapple, as well, some tangerine and celery notes; greatly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some horseradish-like spiciness in the aftertaste; quite good one

Bottle. Hazy golden. Crisp, fresh bitterness. Rather full, front heavy, sparkly. Decent. Drinkable.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December 2023 listening to Grian Chatten - Chaos for the Fly. Cooking Turkey Wellington with Delias Red Cabbage, Sprouts in Blankets, Tom Kerridges Potato, Jamie Olivers Stuffing, Raymond Blanc Celeriac Puree, Loz's gravy, Hasselback Carrots and finally Loz's Parmesan Parsnips. Pours clear gold with a fast disappearing white head. Soft in mouth, tangy fruit, measured but prolonged bitterness, good hoppiness. Nice beer.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Saturday 23rd December 2023 cooking Kolhapuri Kaala Lamb Sukka and also preparing things for tomorrow, listening to Orbital - Optical Delusion. This pours clear light gold with a white head, sticking to glass sides. Clean, soft, a light sweetness and fruity. Fine but perhaps lacking some dryness, a little bitterness and hoppiness, but nonetheless very drinkable.
