8 ounce draft served in a mug @ the West Berk Location. Aroma is honey like malt with a soft mineral note. Flavor follows with a very crisp refreshing texture. The mineral with the hops give it a nice fresh character. I likey!

8 oz draft at West Berk Location. Flavor is very interesting. Earthy, with an oat like base. And a hint of licorice. Very mild bitterness. I like the profile of hops.

8 oz draft at the new location. Wow, a crystal clear pale, don’t see that often enough! Flavor of soft citrus, and a light herb hint. Zero bitterness.
