1/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fleshy apple, caramel, gooseberry, white grape, wood, hedgerow, funky edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Light sparkling carbonation. Dry tannic bittersweet finish. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Pale yellow blonde with a good sized white cap for a cider. Nose is apple skins, tannins, straw, herb, orchard wood. Taste comprises apple skins, vinous, apple core, tannins, crisp and clean. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Solid refreshing stuff and now the best cider I've had from Tasmania!

Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo for the antipodean cider whales. A clear greenish gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, fresh crisp apples, apple pulp, white sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp and tangy green apple, twist of yuzu, green citrus, pinch of salt. Green jolly rancher, pineapple. Palate is sharp and tangy, crisp, highish carbonation. Really nice.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, apple, caramel, vanilla, apple pie, funky edge. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Brady's Lookout. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, wood barrel, oak, vanilla. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, woody, oak, vanilla, brandy, bittersweet, with some toffee and tannin notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, apple, white wine, gooseberry, with zingy acidity and some tannins. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry tart acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
