29/9/2019. Can courtesy of Painy's travels, cheers! Pours clear pale gold with a small foamy short lasting white head. Aroma of corn, sweet malt, fruit, grass and light floral hop. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, above average carbonation. Not much to this one.

Clear golden coloured body with a very faint, barely noticeable pure white head, that only shows at a centimetre or less. Aroma of pale grain, a touch of hay and grass and a bit of sugar, but fairly mild throughout. Light-bodied throughout; Light bite from alcohol at first with a dash of grain, rice and stale malts and only a touch of hay and grass to pair with the caster sugar and very light sweetness noticeable. Aftertaste shows the grain and funky stale malts with a touch of sweetness, alcohol and hay towards the end, but this is very watery, pale and dry. Overall, a bit too pungent with alcohol and rice at first and very mild, perhaps more than other Pale Lagers here in Vietnam. Decent enough to try, especially at the price, but not really worth drinking more than one of these, considering they have a few craft beers that you can find around a bit more easily. I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from Circle K in Saigon, Vietnam on 07-August-2019 for VND10,000 sampled a few minutes later on the streets of Saigon with my three kids and wife.
