The Amber Brewery is one of the most modern small and medium brewery companies in Poland. Located in the midst of morainal hills surrounding Gdansk, the Brewery proudly continues excellent brewery traditions present in this region for centuries.
Every brand is for us individual and unique. That is why each of them is promoted in a different way, taking into account customs connected with the consumption of individual beer kinds and the judgments of consumers.

Pour is a nice looking red-brown with a fluffy white head. Aroma is peat and dark fruits. Flavor is a bit toffee and malts with a load of sugar in there. The bottle i have says the alcohol is 7.8 and it is well hidden as there is no burn as it goes down. Overall its very sweet but not very tasty.

Bottle. Creamy excellent head, mostly lasting, alas not fantastic yellow colour. Moderate aroma , a bit hoppy, OK flavour, but not very good. Palate a bit more oily than watery.

Bottled, 4.8%. Pale yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Skunked hops in aroma (close aroma to pee...). Watery, with minor hops in flavour. Very boring. Biting carbonations and a bit mouthdrying. BLAH!

Bottled, ABV 4.8% (BB 01/2006)
Pale yellow, small white head, lace. Very skunky, hoppy nose. Watery, metallic, grassy hoppy with light bitter aftertaste. Cheap industrial low-quality pils.

Reddish dark amber color; small head. Some sweet malt aroma, corn, caramel. Same for the flavor. Simple, boring, a bit alcoholic.

A red beer with a collapsing beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet and quite dry with notes of cowberries and an alcoholic end.

Bottled. Ruby colour, beige head. Pleasant toffee/caramel aroma. Sweet and full bodied with clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Reminiscent in style to Aass Bock, but more full bodied, and less developed malt character. Tasty and elegant!
