Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper. Aroma is dominated by the Islay, with deep, rich honey nectar — damn. Flavour is remarkably complex, with intense honey nectar, deep peated whiskey, and finishing moderately sweet and long. Phenomenal.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark bronze. Aroma is full of buckwheat, rich treacly toffee, deep honey nectar, and light floral notes. Flavour is super rich and complex, with deep treacly toffee, pronounced buckwheat, booze, and a touch of floral notes. Sweet but far from cloying. Exceptional.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark burgundy, no head. Aroma has a nice smoked apple character, with red berries, some tart currants, and moderate honey nectar. Flavour is complex, with tart currant, smoke, red berries, and floral honey. Not as rich as some of their other meads but very well-made. Excellent.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear red. Aroma is full of cinnamon, a little spiciness, and deep jammy berries. Flavour is rich, with deep berries, light cinnamon, and honey nectar. Lovely berry depth and spiciness.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear mahogany. Aroma has gentle coffee, deep honey nectar, red berries, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is richer than the 2022, with moderately rich coffee, red berries, honey nectar, and vanilla. Rich honey nectar, lightly tart berries, and vanilla on the finish. Excellent.
