Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark burgundy. Aroma is rich, with tons of treacly, syrupy raspberries, intense jammy honey nectar, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour has rich raspberries, chipotle (without too much burn), rich honey nectar, treacly toffee, and vanilla. What a skilled and thoughtfully blended set of adjuncts in here. Wonderful.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear mahogany. Aroma has lots of buckwheat, treacly toffee, rich honey nectar, and some stone fruitiness. Flavour is rich and elegant, with tons of stone fruitiness, boozy honey nectar, and some buckwheat. Rich, complex and syrupy. Wonderful.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark red. Aroma has rich cherries, honey liqueur, and light floral undertones. Flavour is complex and rich, with deep cherry liqueur, honey nectar, and light sugars. Rich cherries and honey syrupy character. Lovely.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden blonde. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon, crisp apple skins, honey nectar, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is dominated by cinnamon, followed by bourbon, apples, and a touch of the vanilla. A bit too much cinnamon but great honey depth and it all comes together well.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky mahagony. Buckwheat honey, tart cherries, and old, musty wood on the nose. Flavour has lots of sweet buckwheat honey, tart cherries, and a nice mustiness in the back. Very nice.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear mahagony. Lots of rich, slightly tannic cherries on the nose. Flavour has deep brown honey with sweet dark cherries, some cherry pits. Fantastic.
