Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear gold. Rich honey nose offset slightly by the buckwheat. Flavour has rich honey nectar and a touch of buckwheat. Honey is very rich and complex; fantastic.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear brown. Deep brown honey and caramelized apples on the nose. Flavour has caramelized apples, and sweet dark honey; lots of rich, dark sugars all very well integrated. Excellent.
