0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before August 2017. Minimally hazy, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity and slightly grassy aroma of caramel, strawberry jam, honey, citrus and some grass. Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, moderately fruity and a little grassy taste of caramel, honey, strawberry jam, citrus and some grass, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather grassy and slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, a bit disappointing as an IPA though.

Mild malzig hopfiger, deutlich holziger Antrunk. Alkoholische Tendenzen im Mittelteil, wässriger werdend. Schokoladige, leider zu laffe Aromen zum Ende. Naja. 6/8/7/8/9/7

Buegelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, hazy, medium-sized loose head, quickly collapsing; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter pale malty nose with slight toasty spots and a delicate herbal-hoppy background;moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, low carbonation; lingering and slightly drier malty and rural-hoppy finish. A good beer, that is pretty similar to certain rural franconian brews, just three times more expensive...

Giant bottle courtesy of ThirstyBird, thank you sir! Clear amber color, white head. Aroma of caramel. Taste is slightly burnt caramel. No detectable hops. But I have to give credit to them for very bravely varying from the rigid formulae of German mainstream beers.

Dunkler, fruchtig hopfiger Antrunk, vollmundig. Würziger werdend, der Hopfen bleibt intensiv, rund. Mild herber Hintergrund, kurz süßlich. Spritziges, vollmundig hopfiges Bier, sehr gut! 11/13/12/11/9/12
