Old rating from 29-06-16 - Pours gold with a large fizzy white foam. Aroma of chardonnay, wood, toffee, cheap scotch, and apples. Flavor of apples, tequila, wood, apples, and hay. Finishes earthy with alcoholic aftertaste. Light bodied, fizzy mouthfeel.

Old rating from 28-04-16 - 330ml bottle brought back from my Belgium trip. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with sediment and a small white head. Aromas of coriander, spice, apple, yeast & alcohol. Tastes of spice, apple, coriander, caramel & malt leading to a spicey caramel alcoholic aftertaste.
