Kolor złoty, początkowo klarowny, po przesłaniu całej zawartości butelki ładnie zamglony. Piana biała, średnio wysoka, bardzo szybko znika z powierzchni płynu.
Aromat silnie owocowy - chmielowy, słodki, w tle nuty biszkoptowe, waniliowe.
W smaku, wszystkie atrybuty chmieli są wzmocnione, jest mocniej owocowo. Smak zdecydowanie wytrawny, goryczka o charakterze grapefruitowym średnio wysoka, długa, niezalega.
Wysycenie średnie w górę. Tekstura nieco szorstka. Ciało niskie. Posmak długi kwaskowy, owocowy, wytrawny.

Kolor lekko różowy z nieznacznym zamgleniem. Biała,całkiem pokaźna piana, początkowo redukuje się dość szybko, by za chwilę się uspokoić.
Aromat wyraźnie słodowy, zbożowy, owocowy - tutaj przede wszystkim czerwone owoce. Aromat sprawia wrażenie słodkiego i kwaśnego jednocześnie.
Smak owocowo (malinowy truskawkowy, jest marakuja) kwaśny z nutą pestkowej goryczki.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało niskie. Tekstura okrągła. Posmak średnio długi, kwaśny.

Aromat przyjemnie owocowy - chmielowy z odrobiną nut słodowych w tle.
Smak słodki, z fajną, zestową goryczką w kontrze.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie w dół. Tekstura okrągła. Posmak długi wytrawny, umiarkowanie intensywny.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma: grainy malts, biscuits and yeast. Taste: yeasty and bready. Light malty palate. Medium carbonation.

At the source. Pours hazy milky yellow with a white head. Aroma: lemon peel, mixed grains and soft coriander. Taste: light herbal hops, coriander and lemony malts. High carbonation.

Draft @ XVI Fira de la Cervesa Artesana Jafre.
Couleur cuivre/ambre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est plaisant et bien toasté - effluves de chocolat/cacao, grillé en retrait avec un support délicat de fruits secs.
Palais est agréablement toasté et grillé avec une note de chocolat qui accompagne le tout, pâle en retrait tout en ayant ce côté café et repris par des notes de fruits secs/noires - dattes. Amertume noble oscillant vers le fleuri et terreux. Le tout garde une belle onctuosité en bouche avec un côté cacao/choco qui ressort bien sur les éléments plus amer des houblons.

Léger voile, col léger crémeux.
Arôme assez classique de ces (trop) nombreuses hazy - agrumes - pamplemousse, léger malt en rertait.
Palais est une une base de haze qui se ressent - apport houblonné sur le pamplemousse, fruits à noyaux, un peu tropical - mangue et fruit de la passion. Haze reste cependant discret avec une fine amertume agrumes sur la fin.

Can from Ko: pours light gold with a white head. Aroma is ricy, lightly grainy. Sweet, crisp, refreshing, minor sulfur. Solid.
