Black with large light brown head. Banana, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Moderately sweet banana, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body.

2$ can from chalet. Pour is slightly hazy light orange tinted yellow pale. No head. Nose is odd off vinegar aroma. First taste is certainly tart, and it is in a mild lambic sort of way. Yes, wild ale fer sher. I just hope it actually is a wild brew. I do get the lime in there, but the berry and cherry is actually difficult to identify. Acceptable tart brew for me. Not bad but, the wifey said it reminds her a bit of vomit? LoL. Just a reminder, she don't care for beer of any sort. I just let her have a taste when I'm having a session and she's present, hehehh.

2.5$ can at vintage estate. Pour is nearly clear pale with a slight light brown tint. Whitish head fades to 0.12 inch. Nose is heavy peanut butter. Probably should be styles a flavored. First impression of the palate is its soft creamy carbonation. Yes, PB on an otherwise ale flavor. Slight odd ale bitterness. Never did get the white stout thang. Not sure if I'm getting any stout flavors at all, not even the so called rich, familiar coffee-chocolate stout flavors. Goes down fairly easy. Near the end, that medium bitterness begins to rise and sets in on the back of the throat for the finish. Not bad but not as good as Hershey's DeCider Presidential nor Penn Brewery's Sarris Meltaway.

In my opinion, it is a perfect porter of peanuts butter, a bit soapy at the final but it is a solid one, roasted malt, hop, like a poetry, tasting it at Prélaz, a long time ago.

ehhhhh. It’s got blueberries anyways. It’s kind of boozy boozy. Quite sweet. Minimal sourness. It’s not bad but I was hoping for more.

eh. It’s alright. Watermelon and cherry are there. Sweet. Tartness is very mild. Candy like fruit.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to semi-sweet grassy hops up front of a fairly clean caramel/toffee malt base
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly bittersweet; mild aftertaste of floral hops and those malts
Texture: medium bodied, some sipping quality to this; bitterness tries to make this somewhat astringent on the tongue; finishes with the bitter hoppy bite and a light floral tone to it
Overall: decently enough DIPA - possibly could come back to this.

Bottle to nonic glass.
Appearance: glossy copper color with some transparency about it, one finger white foamy head slid off nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: blueberry sweet and tart character, lemon sweet to pulpy and semi-rind-like, subtle sweet wheat and slightly tart aspect of the wheat
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together somewhat tart, sweet and a light sour; light aftertaste of the blueberry, lemon and wheat
Texture: between light and medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue but not too much as some tartness stings the tongue; finishes semi-crisp with the blueberry and lemon character
Overall: pretty good Summer type of beer I could possibly come back to.

oh boy, another white “stout”. Smells nutty and malty. The flavor is fairly sweet with nuts. Not much roast character. I’m not really getting marshmallows. It’s alright, but it doesn’t change my view that white “stouts” seem like just a shadow of actual stouts.
