Description
This is how it all began: "I brought back a brewing kit from a trip to Canada in 1988. At first, everything was complicated: no raw material, no information ... The beer was undrinkable, but it was intriguing. With the advent of the Internet, I started talking to other amateurs to help me get started. " After a few brews and several months of gestation ... the first craft brewery in Correze was created in June 2008 ... on paper. Then after two or three developments, the brewery opens its doors at the beginning of summer 2009 at La Grange, in Curemonte.
Ten years later, the Brasserie Corrézienne, victim of its success, decided to expand and a new building is under construction, in order to be able to increase from 900 to 1500 hectoliters per year, for a potential close to double to medium term. "We have not been responding to demand for 2 years, a step has been taken!" An adventure to follow ... around a good beer of course!

Pours a brown/dark coppery color, topped with very decent and lasting beige head. Fruity aromaquite mild and citrusy, later on some pleasant caramel notes. Very nice. Taste starts fruity, followed by nice and hoppy body and decent bitterness in the finish. Very tasty, hoppy and still smooth.

bouteille from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized off-white head. Aromatic hops all opver the place. Full-bodied, quite sweet malty base with a touch of alcohol detectable, slightly overpowering the delicious aromatic hops with their fruity, citrusy and slightly resiny character.

Bottle picked up at La Malt ’summat’ beer shop. Toulouse, consumed at Mums, Worcester, Thames, Friday 28th November 2014. Pours black with an attractive tan sticky caramel head. Creamy vanilla and moccha, lashings of coffee, but with caramel. This is marvellous, its smooth, indulgent and far better tgan I expected, rich and full flavoured, great. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
