Our ambition is to develop an extraordinary brewery, where we combine craftsmanship and innovation to produce beer of unparalleled quality. We strive to embrace local ingredients and traditions, while exploring new flavor combinations that enrich Zarra's heritage.

We try to get our beers in as many places as possible in the Netherlands and Spain. Our bigger plan is to build a brewery in Zarra. We are currently looking for investors and drawing up a business plan to first achieve stable sales.

Draft @ Barcelona Beer Festival 2026.
Couleur léger ambre/acajou, col fin rosé peu tenace.
Arôme sur un léger fruité cerise, pas mal de fleuri / verger, bonbon cerise avec une pointe d'acidité en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur une belle base de cerise avec une finalité 'sour' assez délicate - fleuri en retrait avec une amertume houblonné en support. Acidité modérée sans verser dans une style spontanné. Petit effet de levure pâtissière comme je le retrouve dans certaine berliner.

C'est sympa mais il manque le petit qcq chose en plus niveau du fini.

Draft @ Barcelona Beer Festival 2026.
Léger pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un délicat parfum organique miel - floral délicat sur le fruité avec une petite finalité organique assez subtile en retrait ressort le côté malté et houblonné virant sur le noble.
Palais sur une abse blonde classique assez belge - plutôt centée sur le malt avec un léger support organique du miel - fine douceur tout en ayant un support d'amertume houblonnée en retrait - le tout restant assez floral.
Belle surprise, sans révolutionner le style - mais de voir ces deux jeunes néérlandais installés dans un village en perte de vitesse niveau jeunesse, et faire le max pour mettre en valueur des produits locaux dans les bières - miel, lavande, cerise, etc.
