0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink', best before June 2024. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of pineapple, lemon peel and gooseberry. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral taste of grains, hay, gooseberry, pineapple and some lemon peel, followed by a short, slightly bitter, rather dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Great Kölsch, nicely crisp and refreshing.

Sample from bottle at CBWF 2017. Hazy, amber golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits and grasses, peaches and caramel malts. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and grasses. Nice straightforward classical IPA.

Sample from bottle at CBWF 2017. Unclear golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pines, grasses, lager yeasts and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with grasses. Rather untraditional take on a Kölsch.

Plastic glass at Arte Cultura & Luppolo. Dark brown color, hazy. Short fine beige head, no smell. Aroma of toasted malts, coffee, charcoal, mineral, light metallic. Mild vbitter taste, light to medium body, astringent finish.

33cl bottle from Hops Beer Shop in Trieste. Pours a murky amber with some fluffy white head. Nose has lots of citrus rind, some candy, cheap soap. Flavor is all pith, some mild candy backbone, orange, dried lemon, herbs. Finishes a bit harsh. Perhaps overdone.

33cl bottle, I think, at Hops Beer Shop in Trieste. Pours a murky, deep brown with some fluffly, tan head. Solid nose, toast, roast, brown sugar, malt, some licorice, bread, mild coffee. Flavor has some mild coffee, milk chocolate, malt, toast. Full bodied, roasty, dry finish. Really good.
