Dullish pale, thick head, thinnish malt, light orangey hop. It's not bad, but there were better IPAs on the menu.

Dullish pale, thin head. Fruity, medium body, good bitterness. Solid if unspectacular.

Dark brown, thin head. Light, fruity, tropical qualities like Royal Extra, it’s okay if a bit thin.

Growler night #16, picked up at Diamond Knot, Front Street. Cheers. W. Cool to finally try a brew that's been around the northwest for so many years. Darker copper reddish pour. Lots of caramel, bold bready malts, touch of bran. Flavorful bitter thoughout. Caramel malt forward finish. Fun brew, and unique to typical styles on your average taplist around here. Glad this classic has hung on all these years.

Draft pour pint to a mug at Diamond Knot, Mukilteo. Clean and shiny golden pour. Patchy head and lacing that lasts. Mild aroma of grassy and floral hops. Slight creamy body on the linger, but has a crisp first sip. Sharp floral hop bitter bite. Moderately aggressive and very flavorful. Not always crazy about this style, but very much enjoyed this one. Here's to the bones of Nellie Jones. She was a holy terror. Born a virgin, died a virgin. No runs, no hits, no errors. -DDT

16 oz can, from a 4 pack picked up at Martha Lake Market. Canned 3/20/24. Bright haze, juicy appearance. Flavor leans tropical fruit, with a very low bitter hop linger. Some melon, cool refreshing, juicy hazy IPA. After over a decade of enjoying aggressive bitter, bold industrial IPAs from these guys, this was a flavor profile I was surprised with. Overall, extremely refreshing. Solid hazy.

Draught at the brewery
Black colour with light brown creamy head. Off-dry (and that residual sweetness is necessary here), loads of dark malts without being too roasty, some peppery notes in the background, resinous hops; most notably, it’s very smooth.
Very good.

Draught at the brewery
Golden colour, clean. Mild aroma of malts. Biscuity malt base, off-dry but not weak, with hints of British yeast; balanced bitterness.
Not too authentic, not earthy like a British Bitter could be, but it’s a very clean brew.
