On tap at Diamond Knot MLT, pours a hazy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma has plenty of stone fruits, big resinous hops, sugars, and some caramel. Flavour is assertively hopped, with big, sweet caramel, stone fruits, sugars, and a big hop punch. Not nearly as balanced as Bigfoot (also 100 IBU), but pretty well-done. Good stuff.

On tap at Diamond Knot MLT, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops, light metallic notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is classic old school WC, with plenty of bitter pine, light floral notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Not too assertively bitter, just well-balanced, finishing floral and piney. Good stuff.

On tap at Diamond Knot MLT, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle, fairly neutral bittering hops, courtesy of classic Cascade, with dry biscuity malt underneath. Flavour has bitter piney hops, some grapefruit pith, and crisp biscuity malt—slightly metallic tinge. This is definitely a 1990s/2000s style old school westie with all that grapefruity bitterness. Pretty good but doesn’t have much hop vibrance that better examples of the style have.

On tap at Diamond Knot MLT, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of candi sugar, big cotton candy-like esters—ugh, nothing remotely authentic. Flavour is no better, with sweet estery notes dominating: cotton candy, bubblegum, etc. Typical sweet American tripel, nothing remotely authentic. Not good.

On tap at Diamond Knot MLT, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty restrained, with straw and a very gentle grassy hop bite. Flavour is soft, with gentle floral notes, straw, and dry biscuity malt. Very laid-back and lacking punch, but inoffensive.

Dullish pale, thick head, thinnish malt, light orangey hop. It's not bad, but there were better IPAs on the menu.

Dullish pale, thin head. Fruity, medium body, good bitterness. Solid if unspectacular.

Dark brown, thin head. Light, fruity, tropical qualities like Royal Extra, it’s okay if a bit thin.
