In my first job two of my colleagues went to war with hot sauces during our bought buy the company evening meals for our overnight work. I didn't partake as my palate can't take it like theres' did, It can take this session no problem. Hopped easy, undistinguished but decent enough, mildly fruity.

Deadication brew to Indian artist S.M. Pandit, died on this day. Expected more spice, got more IPA, but it's a very good one, with nice sugars complimenting very mild fruit. Nice textured

I have spent summer nights in the Arctic Circle, so 24 hours sunlight is not strange to me, but it is still different overnight. This sunlight is a session brew, very West Coast in style, pretty good. Hints of pine in taste, stated in aroma.

The FA Cup weekend is the reason I'm not working today, but that means more beer than usual on a Saturday. This hoppy one is floral as the name suggests, quite stated actually. Good though. Currently watching Forest at Albion.

Raught pint at Piccadilly Tap. Pale golden pour, small, thin, silky layer of head. Faint grainy aroma. Taste is bready, mild sweetness, nice mouthfeel, but not a lot of substance. How's great with food however.

4/2/2025. Draft at Friends Of Ham, Leeds. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, lemony, soapy, citrus, iced midget gems. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, fruit pastels, dusty edge. Moderate body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. It’s okay.
