Sample at SBWF 2015. Amber with a white head. Aroma and taste of grapefruit, hay and resin. Also some hints of caramel. Not that hoppy and with a medium bitter finish.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of malt, light bread, citrus, grass and some caramel. The body was on the light side. Drinkable but nothing special.

Can @Sbwf15. Amber, thin white head. Spicy, bready, tired hops. Flavor similar. Dull stuff.

Can at SBWF2015 Clear amber color, small white head. Ryeish, harsh aroma. Medium-bodied. Ryeish, fruity, a bit resiny flavor. Big goes Ipa kind of ipa. Duh.o

12oz can poured into can shaped Free State glass. Cans have only been around for 1-2 months, so should be fresh. Big, bountiful head atop a hazy orange copper body. Some tiny solids floating in the beer. Head fades to surface covering lacing. Hops and too much malt for me. Some caramel mixing with pine really turns me off. There is a nice orange hop behind that but too little too late. Flavor isn’t showing as much caramel but a moderately sweet malt backbone to moderately bitter hops. Just not my bag of malts for these hops. Draft at the brewery. Better than the can, still malty but no pine. Still a bit of orange that I like. Better Han the can.

Can: Coppery color filled the glass with small bubbles, I believe the can leaked some as it has residue on the top. Aroma is nice juicy hops. Taste is a little flat from the leak, very citrus hops bite with a balancing malt finish.

12 oz can poured. Pours a thick cloudy copper color with a huge, cream head. Bold piney hop flavor. Creamy body, with a slightly sweet orange fruit flavor, backed with a piney hop finish. This is the kind of IPA I really enjoy. Very tasty. Solid IPA here.

Bottle from my brother. Thanks, Bill! Haxy, murky clear dark copper pour, small soapy head. Aroma of pit fruit and a bit of brown sugar. Taste comes on strong, biting, sweet. Plenty of warmth at the back, but finishes weak. Dry, sweet, and a bit sharp.

On tap. Pours a hazy orange/gold with moderate head. Light lemony aroma. Flavors of bitter lemon and grass. Not for me.
