Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - yellow coloured pour with a white head. Light tart fruity with notes of lemon, some apricot, straw, funky bretty notes, yeasty touch, grass, medium to light body, touch of citric spice into the hoppy and tart fruity close.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Floral and light citrus fruity with some notes of lemon, straw, hay, medium to light body, yeast and spice notes, grassy hoppy and spices into the close.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy straw color - mildly musky IPA, with the brett also manifesting in a light finishing dusty funk - light sourness in the mouth, like spoiled orange juice - tropical and peppery hoppiness - this beer is going to give me heartburn, I can tell.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy light straw color - dry, crisp malt in aroma and flavor, along with mild funky phenolics and peppery hops - light bugginess in the finish - lingering finishing bitterness, finishing dry - pretty good, really.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Hazed pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy lemon, dusty fruits, grains, damp straw. Taste comprises mellow yeast esters, ligt acidic ripple, pissy citric shreds, funk, balsa wood, earthy, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok tangy saison.

Bouteille 375ml, gracieuseté d'Adamsville, Merci Dominique! Couleur jaune paille translucide, mousse blanche fugace laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de levures sauvages, boisé, balsamique blanc, pomme verte, paille. Goût de levures sauvages, agrumes, boisé, acidité moyenne-faible, amertume moyenne-faible.
