Full body for this type of beer. I’m liking the brett. The el dorado lend a nice, juicy balance.

On tap at Trve, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, lots of darkness and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly dank in the hop department, with piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Pretty ordinary, with a lightly dank, dry, bitter finish. Solid.

On tap at Trve, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry floral hops and a nice rustic saison yeast character. Flavour is very fresh and well-made, with rustic saison yeast, citrus and floral dry hopping. Finishes citric, with a nice yeasty character. Really well done.

On tap at Trve, pours a hazy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dried raisins, dark fruits, and brown sugar. Flavour is surprisingly authentic, with dark fruits, raisins, brown sugar and Belgian yeast. Medium sweet, with a nice yeasty character. Really good use of the Belgian yeast. Very good. Great to see an authentic dubbel on this side of the Atlantic.

On tap at Trve, pours a cloudy dark brown with a small white head. Aroma is very spicy, with plenty of cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. Flavour is a spice bomb, with lots of ginger, lavender and cardamom. Dry and very spice-dominated. Unusual but quite pleasant even if not for me. Fun beer.
