50ml draught at Askheimer Bar, Bryggerifestivalen, third day. Clear golden-brown body, naked at the top, poor lacing. Floral, slightly perfumed sweet fruity aromas. Blended taste of honey and citrus. Sweet honeyed fruity finish. Okay, in smaller amounts. Too sweet in the long run. (Trondheim 30.07.2022).

100ml draught at Askheimer Bar, Bryggerifestivalen, third day. Fast declining, noisy, white head, dotted spots on the glassware, clear late straw coloured body. Fresh smell of apples and apple skins. Similar taste of apples and minerals. Long-lived, smooth ending. Pretty good outside in sunny weather. (Trondheim 30.07.2022).

Bottle. It pours an oily, clear deep golden body, still and headless. The aroma has quite a lot of honey, with flowers, apple, woody notes and a herbal touch. It's full-bodied, warming and oily on the palate, sweet, with lots of honey in the flavor. Flower, heather mostly, apple notes and some grassy, herbal hints. Quite lasting honey-driven finish with a good fruityness. A bit too gentle this one, but it's nice. Wouldn't hurt to oak age it a couple of years I guess. 220806

Bottle, 375ml. An oily pour reveals a dark red body, still and headless. The aroma has quite a lot of honey, with heather, generic flower, some fruityness and dark berries. Some alcohol. It's full-bodied and lightlyl warming on the palate, sweet, but not too cloying. The flavor has quite a lot of blueberry, with honey the driving factor. Herbal, flowery notes and some alcohol. Lasting finish. Quite pleasant this one, balanced. 220611
