Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a very lively yet short and dissipating off-white head. Funky apple nose with distinct Brett. Medium body, very fizzy. Bone dry apple accents - almost dusty. Unfortunately the honey is all gone leaving no other traces than the alcohol. Not bad at all, but the dryness and the super fizz is a bit too much for my personal palate - and I had hoped for a touch of honey. 110425

Bottle 25 cl. Pours thick and oily black leaving a small light brown film of a head. Fatty curtains in the glass. Sweet, chocolatey roast with a nutty touch. Rich, fatty body with loads of sweet chocolate accents and some vanilla. Warming finish with little bitterness. 270325

Jens Smagning 20/03/2025 - tart with nice floral and herbal notes in play, nice hibiscus edge, grated zest, tamarind there as well, hoppy undertones in support, nice acidity, just a flicker of salt into the drying tart finish. Very nice.
