Bottle 25 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep brown with a tiny, rough, brownish head. A pretty lifeless pour tbh. Super intense raspberry aroma blending in with the roastiness to create what reminds me of the Pingvin raspberry/licorice bites. Super rich body, heavy on the chocolate notes and even heavier on the raspberry. Super sweet, maybe the sweetness feels a little extra due to the lack of carbonation. Interesting if not exactly an instant favorite. 260225

Bottle 25 cl. Pours thick, black, oily and syrupy leaving hardly any head at all. Sweet roast nose and very intense and delicious vanilla notes. Rich, fat body, heavy curtains in the glass. I cannot say that I can taste the honey as such, but it must've left a shitload of sweetness as this is borderline cloying, yet those vanilla accents are soooo delish. Jens smagning (12/12/2024) - sweet and toasted malty with notes of caramel and fudge like malty sweetness, some dried fruit shred, spices, nice smooth mouthfeel and body, lovely wooden whisky washed accents into the spiced warming malty finish. Lovely.
