Tap @ Oproer, medium sample. Dark color, short frothy lasting brown head. Aroma of roast, coffee, dark chocolate, some licorice, bit cookie. Medium roasty bitterness, some licorice, bit coffee. Good decent stuff.

Tap @ Oproer, medium sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of grassy and flowery hop, some grainy malt, bit sugary biscuit you get at grandma, harsh flowery. Quite harsh bitterness, plants, flowery, bit grainy malt, slight biscuity sweetness. Could be smoother and a bit more balanced.

Tap @ Oproer, large sample. Dark brown color, medium creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, brown cookie, grapefruit, bit piney hops. Velvety texture. Medium bitterness, creamy chocolate, brown cookie. Great balance and mouthfeel is awesome. Best of the bunch, wonderful beer.

Sampled from draught @ Oproer Brewpub. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, decently fruity, lightly floral. Decently bitter, decent body and carbonation. Wouldn’t say it’s a double IPA at all. Solid IPA, but that’s it.

Sampled from draught @ Oproer Brewpub. Hazy yellow to light orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, nicely hoppy, nicely fruity, nicely bitter. A bit thin but very nice fruity hoppy flavor. Nice!
