Aroma's are dark malt, roast and hints of coffee, Coco and molasses. Flavors are similar to nose, adding in some smoke. Just right body and carbonation for the style. Very nice.

Pint can from Niemuth's, 2/16/24. Hazy orange-brown, medium white head average retention. Aroma of tea leaves, caramel. Taste is raisin, caramel, tea, herbal hop. Crisp. well balanced.

Mild aromas of malt, caramel and cranberry. Flavors are similar to nose, cranberry comes out a little more but not much. Also mildly tart with a little sweet and soft carbonation. Okay beer but nothing special. Label on my can has the name of " cranberry bog frost watch".

Aromas are slightly sweet wheat beer with a some green jalapeno. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side with the barest tickle of heat. Pretty basic. Could cook with it.

Pint can shared at the July 2023 PS tasting, 7/8/23. Black, medium brown head, good retention. Aroma of rum, roast, chocolate, oak. Taste is roast, maple, rum, chocolate. Mild booze. Dry. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 10/23/21. Dark reddish brown, thin tan head. Aroma of strong coffee, roast. Taste is coffee, roast, chocolate. Slick, thin, well balanced. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 10/23/21. Clear gold, thin frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, pine, pale malt. Clean, well balanced, lingering bitterness. I like.
