Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful brown deep red,, fairly clear, with fine white foam. Aroma is malty, but also happy. Body and carbonation are average, with low carbonation, a little oily at first. Taste is medium sweet malty, but also quite bitter for a bock. Final is still bitter.

Cask at L'ortica. A balanced, mild, slightly acidic brown ale. Nutty, toasty, some good roast and chocolate notes. Good stuff.

Body is slightly thick and sticky, with average carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with a liquor-like sweetness too. Final is robust in body, though not long.
