29/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours almost clear golden orange with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma starts mucky, floral, citric, funky, barnyard. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, light spritzy carbonation. Drying finish.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Pours a hazed burnished orange. Vibrant rustic woody fruit nose. Continues to taste, nice natural fleshy apple character, gentle coarse moments, with additional apple core, gentle carbonation. Really pleasant characterful cider.

500ml bottle from Callander Drinks. Gusher on opening. Golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of ripe apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, stone fruit hints, some core, and grassy, with mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tangy acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
