Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Orange colour, thin white rim and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, ripe. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, juicy, some skin & core, and with drying soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Ebenezer's, Crewe. Pours a hazed gold, some Rosey orangey hints on the nose, lovely fruity medium blend overall, with a nice natural feel, subtle tannins.

On tap at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a hazy golden amber with minimal off-white head. The aroma is basically apples with just a hint of sourness. It the mouth it is quite sharp with some underlying honey sweetness. Flavour is crispy apple peel with hints of spices. Some bitterness comes in at the finish. This is nice, a proper medium-dry cider – beats the heck out of all that wishy washy sweet stuff ! Hides its strength well too.
