14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. From Marek. Pours almost clear pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, herb, straw, hint of gooseberry. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily, quite fizzy. Not keen.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. From Marek. Pours clear dark gold with a frothy just off-white head. Aroma is malty, grain, bit stewed, grass, stone fruit hints. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, fairly fizzy. Okay.

Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, a little sticky, average carbonation. Good looking beer, not totally balanced.

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oil slick mouthfeel, fairly fizzy. Maybe would have enjoyed it more on a Qinqdao park-bench.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, shoe plish, malt bitter, toasted - roasted - dark malt.
