It is an average weissbier but I think that the yanjing version is better. This one is a bit metalic, lack of wheat, watery, a bit boring, 28.06.16, at Prélaz, purchased in Beijing

Al naso l'aroma rimanda al limone. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare trasparente. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è leggero. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e limone.

This beer sounds more like a black beer from Bavaria. The taste is malty, small touch of sweetness, few hop, a bit watery, easy to drink, 16.06.16, drinking it at Ningbao, China.

An industrial stout but it was decent for me, sweet for the style, syrupy, light side of roasted malt, hop, malty, toffee, a bit disgusting, 31.03.20, purchased at Paris, drinking it at Epalinges.

I drank this beer at Ningbo. It is an average stout, roasted malt, coffee, bitterness, well balanced, better than the domestic version, 16.06.16, buying it in one supermarket there.
