Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050425

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Light bitter slightly acetic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Lacks fruity estres. Fizzy. Oily palate.

Bottle. Dark clear gold with a proper white head. Aroma of earthy and herbal hops. Taste of malts, grains, some honey and herbal and earthy hops. Dry. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Almost clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits. Taste of grains, tangerines, lemons, pineapples and minerals. Moderate to strong bitterness almost like your favourite Pils from Northern Germany. Medium to strong carbonation. It‘s totally fine and all but anytime I drink one of these I can’t help thinking I‘d much rather have a Pils or IPA instead.

Bottle. Clear pale gold small with a white head. Aroma of grass, grains, malts and minerals. Taste follows aroma. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Quite bitter for the style. A very northern kind of Helles.

Draught @ Craft-Beer Pop-up Festival, Flensburg. Pours clear tea amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of rum, with notes of malt and caramel, and touches of yeast. Dry flavour with an oily texture and notes of rum, barrel, and yeast. Sour and barrellike aftertaste with estery touches. Very low carbonation. Warming alcohol presence. Why is it sour? Off?

Draught, 8.8% at 1. Flensburger Craft Bier Festival. Distinct rum aroma. Rum, and not just rum barrel. Hazy brown colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and sweetish with vanilla and rum notes. Very citric finish, almost lemony. 535312
