Bottle, 6.8%. Papery and faintly fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is nicely spicy from the hops. Tastes more like noble hops than American, but I cannot pinpoint them.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before October 2021. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, quite fruity-floral and slightly grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some banana and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently grassy-spicy and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes, some banana and traces of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nicely grassy and fresh, not as smooth as expected, rather spritzy. Nice!
