Bottle. Sweet caramel malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden head with moderate head. Lightly sweet creamy caramel malt flavor with a lightly bitter dry hay hops finish. Very nice.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet, slightly milky and chocolatey malty aroma with a tinge of herbal hops in the background. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Slightly toasty malty taste with notes of chocolate and mildly herbal accents towards the bitter-sweet finish. A pleasant but not world-shaking Dunkel. 18.XII.10

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden coloured and effervescent hue with a big and loose foamy white head. Mildly sweet and grainy malty aroma with citric and herbal spicy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft pale malt character with primary herbal but also woody hops, lingering inter the dry and bitter finish. Pleasantly hoppy Pilsener. 18.XII.10

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and distinctively citrus- and lemon-fruity aroma with wheaty notes, a tinge of cara-malty and slightly soapy phenolic spices, reminding me of coriander. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation for a Weizen. Wheat and slightly cara-malty taste with lemony fruity and moderately spicy notes; sweet and slightly sour wheaty finish with mildly phenolic spices and shades of banana in the aftertaste. Bottle 330ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101211]

Bottle, 4.9%. Ashtray aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric, tastes strange at first. Has some paper and a strange sweetness. A bit of a mess, but ends up OK afterall.
