Bottle looks simple but really good. Not easy to open. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Wonderful sweet-hoppy aroma. Starts quite mild, more and more hoppy dry with a sweet touch. Fine fruity like lemon. Finish woody and bitter for a moment, well balanced. Great beer!

Bottle (750ml; thanks to MartinT!): Deep golden, hazy, big stable loose off-white head; solid sweet malty nose with a robust herbal-grapefruity backbone; full sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied as well, smooth, herbal-grapefruity finish with a malty support in the aftertaste. Very good, but why not a bit drier.......

Deep golden, hazy, big - stable - off-white head, moderate to solid citrussy-sweaty nose; pretty sweet flavour, but bitter - as expected - too, a bit sticky, full bodied; citric-hoppy and quite sweet finish. A tad too sweet, otherwise quite well made.......

bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden colour with an orange glow, large and very creamy white head. Lovely and intensive fruity hop aroma. Full-bodied, the slcohol is in the far background, hardly detectable. Very smooth and pleasant carbonation that supports the lovely hop flavours very well. Incredibly fruity, mango, citrus fruit and other tropical fruity are present, well balanced by an intensive malty base. Delicious!

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, huge head. Sweaty citrus aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Grapefruit and tangerine resting on relaxed, soft malt. The citrus slowly fades out into mild bitterness. However much I dislike the thought on hop-centric APAs creeping into the German beer scene, I ust say that this is a brilliant APA.

Score 7-3-7-3-14. Bottle 33cl from Wein Kultur, Berlin. Score 7-4-7-4-15.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a rough white head. Intense and fresh citric hop aroma - a little honey and yeast too. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, very fresh hop notes that only leave a subtle bitterness though. Again slightly yeasty. Nice. 250711

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemon, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, Citra hops, straw, and a bit of malt, leading to a bitter lemony finish. Thanks fiulijn for supplying this.
