Flaska från Saveur Biére. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, vete, citron, mjölksyrabakterier med toner av jord och grön banan. Frisk, fruktig, syrlig med fin beska. Mycket gott!

Bottle - Light banana and some citrus notes. Hazy gold with a frothy white head. Tangy, tart and bubbly on the tongue with a slight banana and citrus note. Very light and refreshing, nice.

500 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, thanks for the share. Hazy gold color, nice flowery aroma. Lemons and spice.

Very floral nose with ginger and the bay leaves the brewer talks about on the label. Yep, rosemary as well. Very herbal. Massive dry texture and finishes with the array of spice toward the finish. Yes this is indeed a gruit that not many brewers do. Interesting.

500 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, orange color, no head. Very light aroma of smoked malt, sour mash, and weak damp ash.

Flavor is pretty much the same as the aroma with the smoke being very faint and subdued which is pleasing to me. Mild sourness seems to hold the smoke at bay. Malted wheat with a light tart fruit character. Medium body with a dry texture and clean.

Poured from bottle golden color with a white head. Aroma is mildly smoky with a little funkiness and wheat. Taste is somewhat smoky and is balanced by the sourness.

16.9 oz bottle. Aroma is extremely floral, herbal--honeysuckle, basil, licorice, ginger are what I’m smelling. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head with decent retention. Taste is floral, herbal, lightly tart (lacto?), finishing very dry with quite a bit of un-hop-like bitterness that lingers. Mouthfeel is creamy, carbonation fine, body thin. Very interesting and tasty.

Purchased at Liquor Shed.

A hazy straw yellow pour with 3 fingers of foam.

It smells earthy, with lemon citrus that imparts both tart and spicy notes.

Lemony, yeasty, peppery, very dry on the palate.

Light body with perhaps too much co2.

This is very nice.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy yellow / blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of hay and wheat, with a touch of citrus - smells more like a dry wit beer or something. Flavour is mildly tart, very wheaty and dry, with loads of citrus, hay, and a very light lemon tang. Very well-balanced, with a dry mouthfeel and a lightly tart finish. Very solid but generic Berliner.
