Bottle - Dark chocolate and I taste a bit of cherry. Jet black with a rich beige head. Dark chocolate and again some faint pitted fruit.

Cask - Dark roast and bittersweet chocolate. Jet black with a good beige head. Dark chocolate with a very light bitterness. More sweet dark chocolates than anything else. Pretty nice.
