Very hazy amber beer, good white head. Nose of light hops and mild pepper. Palate is quite smooth with a mild carbonated bite. Semi dry. Mild creamy malt, a bit dry. The hops are very mild - a little orange. The spice is fresh tasting and dry. Dry finish with a whisper of esters. Nice idea but could do with more ooomph! Peppery aftertaste.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, rich head. Fruity woody nose with some marzipan. Mid sweet with near full body and spritzy rounded mouithfeel. White currant, nutmeg and cinnamon. Complex and tasty, some slight clean crystal malt disturbs lightly.

Bottle @ Århus / Randers newyears tasting at Hansen and Zita. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head, fine bubbles. Aroma of malt, light fruit, herbale and grassy hops. Flavor is malt, yeast, fruit, herbs, grass. Medium body, lively carbonation. 281212
