Bottle, 375ml, thx to Bryne. A clear, almost still, golden colored cider with no head. Apple driven aroma, with a sweetish touch. Can't really say I detectd any honey. Grassy, lightly flowery, with a generic fruityness too. Yellow plum hints. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, mostly on the dry side, but with some residual sugar. Apple driven flavor too, with generic fruityness, flower and grass, and a faintly spiced hint. Some honey flavor occur too, slightly more in the finish. Sweetish, but mostly tart finish. Showcasing the apple pretty nice this one, and the honey is at a nice level. I could easily live with a tad more honey, but please don't overdo it. 221211
