Bottle, 75cl. A clear pale yellow-golden cider, still and headless. Fresh apple, some pear notes, grass and a touch of cellar in the aroma. It's medium bodied and lightly warming, with a very gentle carbonation. Fresh apples, grass and some cellar and pear notes in the flavor. Medium length finish. Straightforward and easy drinkable, but a bit dull. Hides the alcohol dangerously well. 221126

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. It’s a clear one, pale golden in color, still and headless. The aroma has lots of apple juice, some apple cores and grass, with hints of pear and melon. It’s full-bodied, warming and softly carbonated, semi-dry, with mostly apple flavors. Notes of grass, bark, leaves and pear too. Lasting finish. A bit too straight forward this one, but quite nice anyway. 220813

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. A clear one, straw colored and more or less headless and still. The aroma has lots of apple, with alcohol, a touch of grass and lime, some apple cores and bark. It’s full-bodied, warming and very softly carbonated, semi-sweet, with an apple driven flavor. Some apple cores, bark, alcohol and grass in the flavor. Lime, fruity sweetness and some hay notes in the flavor. Lasting finish. A bit too warming this one, but not bad. 220813
