Bottle, at the brewpub. It pours an almost clear orange-golden body and a white head. The aroma is of the fruity kind, with lemon and apricot, a light cellar hint and some peppery hints. It's a bit thin on the palate, dry and lightly tart, with a gentle carbonation. Peach and lemon juice, generic fruityness and some pale malts in the flavor. Medium length finish. On tap at the brewpub. An unclear yellow-golden colored beer with a small white head. Some curtains. Lightly spiced, forestry aroma, fruity, with a gentle touch of pale malts. It's a bit thin on the palate, softly carbonated and mostly on the dry side. Fruity flavor with some spiced hints and a vague banana note. Medium length finish. Bottle, at the brewpub. A more or less clear one, brown, with a dense off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has caramel and toffee, some dark dried fruit and a light yeasty hint. Some bread and nuts, and a hint of alcohol. It's semi dry on the palate, lightly warming and pleasantly carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Caramel, bread crust and a yeasty hint in the flavor. Some nuts and dark dried fruit. Lasting finish. Hides the alcohol very well, and it's quite decent too. 240615

Bottle at the brewpub. A mostly clear amber to brown beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has caramel dominating, with a hint of yeast, dried fruit, some bready hints. It's medium to thin bodied and softly carbonated, quite dry. Caramel, dark dried fruit, bread crust hints and a very gentle bitterness in the flavor. Caramel and bread in the finish. A rather dull one, but it worked well with the lamb dish we had. 240615

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Uppigard Natadal. A lightly foggy golden colored cider. The aroma has lots of fresh apple, with grass and flowery notes, some citrus and a hint of alcohol. It's dry and medium bodied, with a very gentle warmth. Apple driven flavor too, notes of honeydew melon, citrus and grass. Pleasant apple finish. A decent cider indeed, refreshing and quite tasteful. Very lightly yeasty, sulphury in the very end. 240615

It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and fresh, with a touch of bitterness. The flavor is pretty similar to the aroma, although with a more pronounced raspberry instead of red berries.
