Canary Wharf bottleshare. Thanks to Can thanks to Dan the man. Opaque dark brown black beer, small tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin dry dark malts, decent dark chocolate, bitterish, some spice. Dry finish brings some barrel age fruits. All right, not great.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a tan head that slowly fades. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of prune, rust and bourbon. Flavour of rye, biscuit, dark chocolate and black pepper. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Rich, boozy and very indulgent. I’d love to see Sinnister cans in Edinburgh bottle shops; I hadn’t heard of them until seeing this beer on House Of Trembling Madness.
