Bottle 33cl. from the brewpub, Bergues @home poured into a footed pilner glass. Clear pale golden colour, good moussy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma lager malt, grain, citrus, grassy hops. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, light malty, grain, spicy notes, ricewater. Light to medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, very refreshing, very enjoyable, very nice.

Bottle 33cl. from the brewpub, Bergues @home poured into a chalice. Sweet boozy nose. Opaque pale amber colour, smaal fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, alcohol, caramel, earthy notes. Taste above medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, earthy and spicy notes, resinous hops. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes, coarse impression, okay.

Bottle 33cl. from the brewpub, Bergues @home poured into a shaker. Gusher. Clear pale golden colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, straw, light lemon. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, light lemon, spicy notes, metallic notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, prominent husky undertone, okay.

Bottle 33cl. from the brewpub, Bergues @home poured into a teku glass. Bit misty pale amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, sugar syrup, Taste light light heavy sweet, malty, caramel, sugar syrup, spicy notes, some alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, flat carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, somewhat sugary, alcohol, very nice.

330ml bottle from Terminus, Steenvoorde. Looks a bit dull and murky in the glass, white head. Aroma brings tired malt, perhaps a little aged. Flavour profile is generally ok, some grainy malt but lacks a good fresh bright feel.
