Description
The Anstee family began supplying the hospitality trade in South Wales with beers, wines and spirits in the early 90’s. The knowledge and community ties established during this time gave us a real desire to see quality Welsh beer back on local bars. So much so we thought we’d brew some ourselves, starting out as the Kite Brewery in 2011. In 2015 and with our beers now winning awards and wider recognition we decided a new name was in order.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival, Cardiff 16/6/2011. Deep gold with a slight, off-white head. Crisp aroma, with some slightly yeasty peach fruit and biscuit malts. Fruity flavour with decent malts and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.
