BBE in 9 months. Cloudy deep orange with decent small white head. Tropical fruit aroma with sweet malt. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation and sweetness. Taste is grapefruit, pine, caramel malts. Finish is a peppery dry bitterness. Not quite a wow factor but very enjoyable. Only my second APA after the Brewdog version. I wasnโt expecting a brewed for supermarket version to be better but thatโs the fun of discovering new beers I guess.

33cl can from Asda. Thick creamy beige head. Clear almost black pour. Smooth easy drinking stout.

Can from local ASDA Loads of foam when I opened this one ! Pours a deep mahogany brown with very vigorous beige head which very quickly disappears completely. Has a not altogether attractive aroma of burnt rice pudding. Very bitter on first taste, but that also quickly dissipates to give dandelion and burdock flavours. Hops and chocolate finally turn up in the bitter finish. Unremarkable.

Can at a friend's house. Pours pale gold with a light haze and a thin white head. Aromas of grains, grassy and light floral hops. Taste is more of the same. Dry finish.

Can at work, thanks to Peter. Pours black with no real head. Aromas of coffee and milk chocolate. Taste is light liquorice, thin finish.

Bottle from ASDA, Halifax. Light golden and fairly crisp, with its added flavours very dominant within the cider, although inoffensive in the grand scheme of things. They have a slight tang and are quite sweet tasting, the citrus factor although evident is relatively low.
