Bottle. Bier Huis Ossett. Pours a fairly muted dingy gold. Loads of floaters. Decent off white head. Nose has some floral hop. Some citrus. Some peachy notes. Taste is light bitter. Light body with soft carbonation. Rising bitterness to finish. Ok. Looks a bit grim, mind.

Hand-pulled half-pint at The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire on 30th October 2021. Clean and clear golden body, snow white crown on top. The aroma and taste are citrussy with lime like esters and flavours to the fore. Some malt action kicking in for some balance.

Cask at ORB, Darlington. Pours black with a tight beige head. Aromas of chocolate and ginger. Taste is similar, with a little smoke and raisin. Light sweet & spicy finish. Enjoyed this.

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Cap wasn’t crimped properly. Probably the cause of so many shit bottled beers from this brewer. Pours with a huge head, with a faint whiff of vinegar. So here we go again. And again. Honestly can’t be arsed. Buy a new bottling line!!!!

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Light haze on a pale amber gold. Thin and messy white foam. Nose has creamy sweet grain. Pithy citrus. Some peachy notes. Taste is biscuit sweet first off with a nicely punchy, pithy citrus bitterness. Clean and refreshing on the palate with fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Nice hoppy golde.

Pour from mini keg on the train from Kyle of Localsh to Inverness, thanks to Dosser, 10/10/21. Clear golden orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is orange zest, melon, grass, light pine nip. Taste comprises juicy citric flesh, grass, mixed tropical fruits, soft malts, melon, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Solid kit.
