On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2019. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e ananas.
