On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Almost clear golden with small white head. Nice sourness, some funk, barrel. Sweet with moderate sourness.

Bottle @home. Rossa viva, appena velata schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso intenso aroma di lamponi, molto pulito, leggero citrico, vinosa. In bocca è fruttata acida, vinosa con lamponi, un po' monodimensionale ma gradevole. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

(bottle 0,375l from Modrý lev (Brno - Česká)) Overall: Interesting wild tripel. Aroma: Light leather, funky, maybe some brandy. Appearance: Light hazy, golden. Quickly done, white head. Taste: Light sweet, light sour, leather, candy sweet, light spicy, malty. Palate: Medium body. Dry, light warm finish.

Bottle @home. Dorata carica, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta matura, cuoio, legno, leggera speziatura, etilica. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con chiusura amara, discreta secchezza, legnosa. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ha parecchi spigoli che andrebbero rifiniti.

Fredagsøl på Bøker, fra fat (sep-20): nesten helt klar gyllenrød med kort skum. Friskt anslag med rikelige mengder bringebær pluss litt rips, lime, høy/tørt gress og funky gjær. En mykgjørende start på helga.
